What interested me was how you could put 16 electrodes into someone's eye to help them gain their sight back. It was cool how she slightly began to see again starting with blurry black and white shape then beginning to develop.

The thing that grossed me out was that your skin is only millimeters thick but it weighs over 18 pounds. I know that a full grown adult has about 20 square feet of skin on them but 18 pounds is heavy for skin.

The inside view of Steven Tyler's voice box was cool because when his voice box had ruptured veins they could repair them with a laser to "fry" them shut. It was also cool that the flaps moved so fast that you couldn't see them.

I liked seeing the heart. It was pretty gross but I can take it. Although when we saw the beating one like out of the body that kind of freaked me out. I liked seeing how all the blood went through the body. I thought it was cool that our blood goes the distance of 2 times around the world when it circulates through our body.

I thought the tiny camera going through the body and down into the air pipe thing was gross. You could actually see inside the body. It was cool and gross at the same time. What grossed me out was you could see the saliva and stuff. I’m really glad the person was unconscious or he would be gagging big time.

I also thought that the surgery was cool. I liked seeing all the nerves I thought it was cool, But when they cut one of them that kind of creped me out. I found it very interesting that you can have nerves in your body but if they are not hooked up to your brain then they are useless.

I like the Incredible Human Machine movie because is just so interesting. I mean it showed all the systems in your body and how they work. For example they showed inside a human’s stomach and showed how the body digested the food and it was awesome. The movie also showed a computer graphic image of the human body with no skin on. It showed you all the muscles and how they worked when ever you take a step. It was so cool!

The movie also showed how professional athlete’s bodies work different then just an ordinary person. The other really cool part was when they how your ears worked and how your voice box works to. They took Steven Tyler the lead singer from the band aerosmith and put a camera in his voice box to see what was behind his amazing voice. Steven Tyler’s voice box expanded over six miles in the one song he sang, no that’s petty amazing!

I thought this movie was really cool. Some things were a little gross but it really helped me understand all of the systems more. I never knew that by singing at a concert can actually damage your vocal chords. Actually showing the vocal chords helped me understand how it was being damaged.
The part that interested me the most was the guy that had no feeling in his arm and he got surgery so that he could having feeling like he used to. It was a little gross but at the same time very interesting. It was a little hard to understand how they were connecting the nerves from his leg to the nerves in his arm. After watching it i understood it better.

in the movie, i thought it was going to be really boring, but then i started getting into it. i liked the part on the ears, and if we didn't have them, it would be harder to balance. and i also liked the part when it showed the ear drum beating.

in the movie, another thing that caught my attention, was the steven tyler part, and how his vocal chords bash together during his shows. i didn't know that that was what my throat looked like, and it looks disgusting. one question i have though, is are steven Tyler's vocal chords deformed to his advantage, like how michael Phelp's lungs take in more air then most humans.

the last thing i found interesting was the sight part. i didn't know our pupil of our eye was a hole. that was cool. and how our eyes catch light and send it to a receiver that is like a mirror and reflects the light to make us see.

I thought that this movie was really interesting! At some parts it grossed me out a little bit but this movie was full of interesting things. I learned a lot from this movie.

I think that some of the parts though grossed me out. One thing that went grossed me out was when the doctors did surgery on one a persons arm. I thought that was gross but I also learned from that. I understood what they were doing with the nerves. Another thing that grossed me out is when the camera went through the pipes in the human body. One thing i thought was really cool and interesting is when Steven Tyler’s voice box got affected with veins and then the doctors repaired them with a laser. It was really cool how the veins disappeared so fast!

I liked watching the Human body video for so many reasons. It was very informative and very interesting. Some of it was very disturbing. I liked when we got to see Steven Tyler's voice box. I was interested what a voice box looked like on the inside.

Some things I found disturbing were the surguries when they cut open the humans hip, shoulder and sckull and there trip down the wind pipe. I think this video has a boat load information definetly worth watching!

One of my favorite three systems to do a project on would be the Circulatory System. This system is just so important in the body. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to receive the oxygen to our lungs, brain and cells. It’s also important cause it helps the carbon dioxide leave the body. I think that this is a really interesting body system. It’s just so amusing how fast it works for us to breathe and exhale.

Another system I would be interested to do a project on would be the Nervous System. I just think it’s an amazing system. It does so much for us. It’s practically like the second brain of the body. Whatever we do, we receive reactions from the Nervous System telling us how to respond. This system is also very important to our body.

The Digestive Body would also be another topic that I’d like doing my project on. This system is also very important because this is where it burns food for nutrients, fuel and receives waste from all that it processed. This is where our food goes to after we consume it. It’s kinda like the chloroplasts in photosynthesis.[The mitochondria goes with Cellular Respiration, right?] Well, still, I think that this is also one of the main important systems in the body that help us survive.

There were a few parts that really grossed me out and those parts would be the circulatory system and then digestive system. When the video showed a girl chewing her food and then FOLLOWED it, into the stomach, I was about to die. The worst part was that we had to see this part of the video RIGHT before lunch. Something that I thought was really cool was how a heart can still function by itself even after it’s taken out of a body. Actually, that was really cool but weird.

The thing that intrested me was that your ears control your balance and tell you where oyou are. It was also pretty cool how people were manipulating the peoples' ears by putting headphones over their heads and telling them where to go with a remote control.

The thing that grossed me out was the nerve surgery. It was just raw... And all those wires sticking out of him... Super gross.

Another thing that I thought was cool was how they fixed Steven Tyler's voice box with a laser.

I thought it was gross when they took the nerves from a mans leg and put him into his arm so he would be able maybe move his arm again.

I thought it was a cool when they put 16 electrodes into a ladys eye a and she got to see things in color again.

Alot of things intersted me in the movie called incredible human machine. One thing that was really intersted is how they recorded the vibarations of Steven Tyler vocal cords. I noticed the vocal cords moved really quickly as he sang high.
The surgys really grossed me out but it was cool how they fixed they're situtions. Other thing i thought was cool was how this guy had a accident and they found something in his brain or near it. They had to take it out and see if the surgy was done right by making him read picture cards.

I thought this movie was really interesting and disgusting at the same time. I didn't like the part when they showed the voice box. It was really gross to see them clamp together basically every millisecond. It was interesting how they could fix it with a laser though. I also didn't like ANY of the surgeries. I thought they were pretty gross; I could never be a surgeon. The surgery on the shoulder was the worst.

The part of the video that I liked was when they put the headphones on the two people and controlled them like a toy car with a controlled. I thought the eye part was very interesting. I thought it was really cool how they could put 16 electrodes into a person's eye to gradually get their sight back.

I learned a lot throughout this movie. Such as that singing can damage your vocal chords. Does talking damage it too?

I thought the movie the incredible human machine was a very cool movie. I learned thing that I would have never known like that the body could be controlled by sound or that you can take cells from your leg and put them in your heat an program them to beat like a heart.

The thing that I thought was gross was the brain. I didn’t know that they did bran surgery when you are awake. Or that they just glue your brain back on. That was disgusting but oddly interesting. I hope I never need brain surgery!!!

The last thing that I thought was cool was the immune system. I never imagined that the tiniest cells in your body could fight of diseases like TB. I find that very interesting and slightly cool

I thought this movie was very intersting. i thought that because there was a lot a cool facts. one of my favorite parts was when they took teh guys nerves and then he put them into his arm. i like watching goory movies but this was good because it wasnt too goory.

I would have like to seen more surgreys but is was fun anyway.
